공동기도문

생명의 하나님, 예수님을 죽은 자 가운데서 살리신 성령의 능력으로 우리 가운데 임하소서. 우리는 제 힘으로 버티는 자가 아니라 성령으로 새 생명을 얻은 주의 자녀입니다. 두려움의 영이 아니라 자녀 삼으시는 영을 주시고, 주의 나라를 이어갈 상속자로 불러 주시니 감사합니다.

God of life, come among us by the power of the Spirit who raised Jesus from the dead. We do not live by our own strength, but as your children, given new life by your Spirit. You have given us not a spirit of fear, but the Spirit of adoption, and called us to be heirs of your kingdom. We thank you.

그러나 우리는 신음하는 이웃과 피조물의 소리에 귀를 닫았습니다. 우리를 용서하시고, 베네수엘라의 지진 희생자들과 캐나다 산불로 고통받는 이들을 위로하고 보호하여 주소서. 여름성경학교를 준비하는 교사들과 어린이들을 축복하시며, 방학을 보내는 청년들이 쉼과 배움 가운데 믿음의 길을 발견하게 하소서.

Yet we have closed our ears to the groaning of our neighbors and creation. Forgive us. Comfort those affected by the earthquake in Venezuela and the wildfires in Canada. Bless those preparing for Vacation Bible School and all the children who will attend. Guide our young adults during the summer, that they may find rest, purpose, and growth in faith.

구원은 우리가 힘으로 쟁취하는 것이 아니라 우리를 짊어지신 그리스도께서 거저 주시는 선물입니다. 그 은혜를 붙들고 꺾이지 않는 소망으로 나아가게 하소서. 열린교회를 성령의 능력으로 세우시고, 보이지 않는 것을 소망하며 인내로 기다리게 하소서. 예수님의 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

Salvation is not something we earn by our own strength, but a gift freely given by Christ, who carries us. Holding to that grace, lead us forward with unbreakable hope. Build up Yeolin Church by the power of your Spirit, and help us hope for what we do not yet see and wait with patience. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
